OEM & ODM

Fabric development for OEM and ODM programmes

From a photograph, a sketch or a reference garment to a production-ready article: yarn and construction proposals, dyeing and printing development, approvals and a documented standard.

Two ways to work with us

OEM — we make your specification

You bring the article: composition, weight, width, colour reference or Pantone number, finishing and performance requirement. We identify the mill or finishing house in the cluster that can produce it, arrange the sample and lab dip, and manage the order to that written standard.

ODM — we develop the article for you

You bring an idea: a mood, a reference garment, a print file or a target price. We propose a construction and a finishing route, produce a development sample, and adjust until it matches the commercial target. Designs developed this way stay exclusive to your programme.

Exclusivity and documentation

Articles developed from your brief are not offered to other buyers while your programme is active. Where a programme needs certification or testing — fibre content, colour fastness, shrinkage, water repellency — we arrange third-party tests and keep the reports with the order file.
