Wholesale fabric FAQ
Minimum order quantities, samples, lead times, payment, shipping and quality control — the questions buyers ask before their first order.
How do I place a wholesale fabric order with ONEFABA?
Send an enquiry through the form on this site with your fabric type, composition, weight, quantity and destination port. A sourcing specialist reviews the specification, matches it against stalls inside the Zhongda market, and replies with pricing, lead time and sample options.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the fabric family and whether you buy a running stock shade or a custom dye lot. Stock articles start from about 300 m, custom dyeing usually starts between 500 m and 2,000 m, and printing starts from about 200 m. Every quotation states the MOQ for that exact article.
Can you send fabric samples before I place a bulk order?
Yes. Swatches and hangers of stock articles are dispatched by courier, usually within 3 to 7 days. For custom shades we arrange lab dips, and for prints a strike-off, so you approve the standard before bulk production starts.
Do you inspect the fabric before it is shipped?
Yes. Bulk goods pass a four-point inspection covering shade, GSM, width, defects and roll length. A defect report with photos is issued before the goods leave, and third-party inspection can be arranged when your programme requires it.
Which payment methods and shipping terms do you support?
Payment is normally by T/T with a deposit before production and the balance against the shipping documents; L/C at sight is available for larger programmes. We quote FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP, and can consolidate several suppliers into one container.
How long does production and shipping take?
Stock articles usually ship in 5 to 10 days after payment. Custom dyeing takes 10 to 18 days, denim with a wash reference 15 to 22 days, and printed lace or digital print up to 25 days. Sea freight from Guangzhou then adds roughly 7 to 18 days depending on the destination.
Still have a question?
Send it through the enquiry form with your specification and a sourcing specialist will answer it together with a quotation, usually within one business day.
