How to order wholesale fabric from ONEFABA
One enquiry form, five stages, a written standard at every step. Here is exactly what happens between your brief and your container.
Stage 1 — Send the enquiry
Use the form on this site and give us as much of the following as you can. The more precise the brief, the more precise the quotation.
- Fabric family and end use (for example: single jersey for T-shirts)
- Composition and weight, in GSM or ounces
- Width, colour or print reference, finishing requirement
- Quantity in metres, and whether it is a first order or a repeat
- Destination port and required delivery window
Stage 2 — Specification review
A sourcing specialist reviews the brief within one business day, confirms what is achievable and flags anything that will move the price or the lead time — a shade that needs a custom dye lot, a weight that is only available in a different construction, a quantity below the economical run.
Stage 3 — Quotation
You receive a written quotation stating the article, the unit price at your quantity, the MOQ for that price, the sample and bulk lead times, the packing method, the payment terms and the shipping basis (FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP).
Stage 4 — Samples and approval
Swatches of stock articles are dispatched by courier. For custom colours we send lab dips; for prints, a strike-off. Bulk production is only released once you approve the standard in writing. The approved sample is retained by us and used as the reference for inspection.
Stage 5 — Bulk, inspection, shipment
Production is followed up on site. When the goods are ready they pass a four-point inspection covering shade, GSM, width, defects and roll length, and a defect report with photographs is issued. The rolls are then packed, labelled, documented and shipped. For multi-stall orders, everything is consolidated into a single shipment.
Trial orders
First orders can start small: a few hundred metres of a stock article to test the standard, the packing and the transit time, before committing to a dye lot. Tell us it is a trial and we will structure the quotation accordingly.
