We take your specification into the market and match it stall by stall: composition, weight, width, colour and price. You receive a shortlist with real stock status instead of a catalogue promise.
Shade, GSM, width, defects and roll length are checked with a four-point system before dispatch. A photo defect report follows every bulk order, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
Buying from several stalls? We combine the rolls, book the container, prepare the export documents and quote FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP to your port.
Swatches, hangers, lab dips and strike-offs are dispatched by courier, usually within 3 to 7 days, so you can approve the standard before committing to bulk.
A clear process, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.
Tell us the fabric family, composition, weight, quantity, colour and destination port through the enquiry form. A sketch, a photo or a reference garment helps.
A sourcing specialist reviews the brief, flags anything that will affect price or lead time, and confirms the target standard with you.
We compare the specification against running stock and custom-dyeing options inside the market, then quote price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.
Stock swatches, lab dips or a print strike-off are sent for approval. Nothing goes into bulk until you sign off the standard.
Production is followed up on site, goods pass four-point inspection, then the rolls are packed, documented and shipped to your port.
Repeat programmes in knit, woven and lining fabric, delivered to a fixed standard and a predictable lead time.
Development support for new collections: fabric proposals, lab dips, print strike-offs and small trial runs before scale-up.
A local sourcing arm that checks the market, verifies the supplier and reports back with photos and test data.
Low-MOQ trial orders, packing that travels well and reorders that repeat the same shade and hand.
Rolls are checked, labelled and packed inside the market before they are handed to the freight forwarder.

MOQ, samples, lead time, payment and shipping — the questions buyers ask us most often.
Send an enquiry through the form on this site with your fabric type, composition, weight, quantity and destination port. A sourcing specialist reviews the specification, matches it against stalls inside the Zhongda market, and replies with pricing, lead time and sample options.
MOQ depends on the fabric family and whether you buy a running stock shade or a custom dye lot. Stock articles start from about 300 m, custom dyeing usually starts between 500 m and 2,000 m, and printing starts from about 200 m. Every quotation states the MOQ for that exact article.
Yes. Swatches and hangers of stock articles are dispatched by courier, usually within 3 to 7 days. For custom shades we arrange lab dips, and for prints a strike-off, so you approve the standard before bulk production starts.
Yes. Bulk goods pass a four-point inspection covering shade, GSM, width, defects and roll length. A defect report with photos is issued before the goods leave, and third-party inspection can be arranged when your programme requires it.
Payment is normally by T/T with a deposit before production and the balance against the shipping documents; L/C at sight is available for larger programmes. We quote FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP, and can consolidate several suppliers into one container.
Stock articles usually ship in 5 to 10 days after payment. Custom dyeing takes 10 to 18 days, denim with a wash reference 15 to 22 days, and printed lace or digital print up to 25 days. Sea freight from Guangzhou then adds roughly 7 to 18 days depending on the destination.
Fill in the form and a sourcing specialist will reply within one business day. We work with garment factories, brands, buying offices and e-commerce sellers.
