Polyester is the most price-sensitive family we quote, so the difference between a viable and a losing programme is usually the exact construction and the finishing route. We compare standard and recycled yarn options side by side, with the cost consequence spelled out.
Stock availability is broad and predictable, which makes it a good family for trial orders: a few hundred metres can be taken first, then scaled to a container without changing the article.

A sourcing specialist reviews the specification, checks it against running stock and custom production inside the market, and replies with price, MOQ, sample options and lead time. Stock swatches are dispatched by courier; custom colours and prints are developed as lab dips or strike-offs for approval before bulk. Bulk goods pass a four-point inspection, and a photo defect report is issued before shipment.
